Well, I'm happy with my concept, but still struggling with my execution.

I had the idea early on of finding a quotation appropriate to a feminine nude, and then projecting it onto a model.

I love the Oscar Wilde quotation that I found. I created a Powerpoint slide with the text, and projected that using an LCD projector. I did a lot of exposure bracketing and fiddling with camera settings to come up with a decent exposure. Often if the text was well exposed, the other elements of the shot were underexposed; fixing the exposure of the other elements would usually blow out the text! For example, I found a nice backdrop, and used a spot lamp on it, but in the end I used a take where you can't even see it!

It was a learning experience. Again.

I balanced color and levels in PS Elements, Sharpened, Resized, and Sharpened.

Thanks to my very patient and cooperative model.

I gave you an eight and was considering a nine I think since I thought this one was at least one of the five best photos in this challenge and I still think so. I don't understand why it didn't go closer to the top.

Very interesting Picture. I do not like the shadow formation in the left armpit. It breaks the silouhette I think if the model raised her arms, the effect would have been more apealing.
But that's just me

beauty is in the eye of the beholders -- just a tad more skin would of done it for me

Cool idea. I like how the words bend with her body.

What an exceptional image. Do you know how to spell the word r-i-b-b-o-n?

I find this unpleasant. I'm not offended by the nudity, I just don't find this a beautiful nude. The image does not support Wilde's words, IMO.

Clever idea but I'm not sure Oscar would have wanted his words to be written upon the female form!
