 pic of a leaf w/ water drops, sitting in the shadows, with the sunlight coming through the trees hitting it. cropped, resized, rotated a smidge, sharpened, adjusted the color, and added a "ortonish" effect to add the glowy look... then i added a top and bottom border, also cloned out a little light smudge the out of focus part of the leaf.

This is a surprise to me. Going through all the scores and this is on a six. Like it more than that, but I'd probably like it even more without the border. But you're worth an eight.

I'm not able to vote on member challenges, but I regularly click through the images and comment on the ones that make me stop and look a little longer. This is one of those images.

Macro photos can be predictably flowers and insects - or more likely both. I appreciate subjects you might not expect in this category. This is nicely done... I particularly like the way the central droplet caputures my attention, despite it's relative small size overall. Kudos. Hope it does well.
