| Kari! Glad to see that you are taking some time to play - though I warn you it can be addicting as that you will start seeing patterns/textures to place on everything:-) Back to the composition. I like this one over the other one posted. I do like the aged look overlay on the Flag - it gives a visual added dimension to the words "Old Glory". The Pledge just adds another appealing touch to the aged look of your 'postcard' composition. |

| Absolutly beautiful, kind of remains me this flag I saw, reflecting on the Vietnam Memorial wall. (I think I have a picture of it, I'll try to post it later) |

| I like the text too but what I think I would have done is do the text at a slightly lesser opacity and THEN do the texture so that it doesn't look like it's on top, but nonetheless. This is fabulous for a first try. Watch out. It is very addicting. :) |
