Congratulations on your high placing. This was one of my top pics. The background image done very well and serving to promote the foreground subject. Very original. Best of luck and look forward to seeing more of your ideas.

great point of view, like the soft focus on the person

Nicely done. The tight crop works well, and the eyes, even though blurred still focus interest on the balls. Lighting is well done as well.

Quite a feat and well fitting this challenge. The golf balls look great and the placing of the 4th adds a true touch of realism. A very commendable study. Good work.

You using glue? Nice photo. (8)

You got a lot of balls doing a shot like this!

Awesome lighting and depth of field. The colours and light on the guy in the background are sublime. Personally I think a little more black space on the right wouldn't hurt. I think this one is up there with the best for this challenge.

Great shot. Your use of lighting and shadows really emphasizes the subject yet draws the eye deep into the photo. Are those glued together? .... 9

The face dimly lit in the backround takes this shot from good/compotent to top flight. The only knock is that the hand is a bit too hot for something that close to the edge of the frame.

Nice perspective and I like the lighting and DOF as both separate the subject from the backgound well, and yet show enough detail of the background to distinguish it. Well done (8)

Nice shot, the lighting & composition make it look like a dramatic balancing act :)

Perfect lighting - just enough of the face to add interest. This should score very high.

Great shot but a long way off the record. I think the records about 8. Good luck 9

I like the image, the high contrast, superb focus, the improbable subject and the fact that you can just see the actor in this drama in the background. Well done.
