 My granddaughter, Alana, had a couple of furry animals sitting on her shoulders. I've hidden them with a layer of once-were-white convolvulus flowers. Apart from that I dodged the heck out of the photo, and used a filter from onOne to give it a painted look, then added a couple of textures and a frame, all at reduced opacity.
