for me...a little more straightening would help this out...it makes me lean to the right...lol

I don't often factor in a title, as this is to me more about the photo. Overall I see a empty chair with another one out of focus with the table caught behind.

I'm not going to rate image on the title, just a thought I had. Overall I like the bokeh, and the mood of the overall photo. One of anticipation of the next visitor to take a seat, take in the lights and relax.

The seat that is in focus and up front to me is the story and the focus. Thanks for sharing.

I'm going through the entries, stopping at those images I feel have had the benefit of an unconventional eye and dwelling a little longer to try to see and appreciate what you saw. This is one of those images.

Positives: I really like the POV and the background colours in this shot - for some reason it looks too chilly to take a seat though! The focus on the chair with the wide open aperture works really well - the bokeh of the tree lights is a stand out feature.

Critical stuff: The verticals.... I really want to straighten this up.

Overall: A nice image but one that (for me) falls short of having wow factor.

I really like the angle and how you chose to focus this. I like the negative space on the left, really makes the whole right side pop

I wish I could see these simple shots as well as you have captured this. There is nothing special about the shot yet it is so compelling and interesting and the DOF is perfect. Nicely done!
