darkened highlights; sharpened
added a color layer with radial gradient not aligned with the frame, but aligned on the shape of the wheel
reduced the layer's opacity to 30%
color burned the layer
reduced image for submission

This was taken outdoors in bright mid-morning light.
All editing done with Adobe PS Elements8 by me - duper photo rookie extraordinaire!

Not sure the weird tones were needed here. The composition stands pretty strong on its own.

nice depth of field, but I feel like it is not the best angle and there is a better shot to be had from the scooter.
