 This man has his house go under in 2008...then a few weeks ago the waters came again and only his tv antenna was visible from the water. This room was his kitchen, all that is now gone as are the ceilings and the walls are about to be removed to release the water within them. His face is one of numbness....he has been through it once and now he is going through it again.
