 Well I had to do something with all those hearts.
Expert? The clone and healing brush tools were in overtime. I did my best to get rid of all the Post-It logos. Not much else.

Karen: I usually always use Post-It Pop Ups and I use a glue stick on any unruly pieces. I might use regular Post-Its if the color is not available in the pop-up varieties.

Post-It shapes on a light box. Shot with the light of the light box and room light with camera on tripod and using the cable release.

Post Processing:
Camera Raw adjustments in PSElements 6.0.
Changed white balance from as shot to fluorescent
Exposure +0.30
Fill Light 10
Blacks 8
Clarity 45
Vibrance +10
Saturation +10
Crop
Layer adjustments for levels, brightness/contrast and hue/saturation
Adjust sharpness
Spot edit sensor dust, distractions, seams in a couple of the hearts and LOTS of Post-It Logos.

Lovely Robert! I bought post-it notes and tried to make hearts but they won't stay together. I even bought the extra sticky notes. What's your secret?
