 I know, I've used a pretty similar shot in a challenge before (and it is my PB). I wasn't really planning on this. A couple of weeks ago I got some shots I really liked of begonias with two toned petals and I wanted to reshoot them. But when I went back to the Botanical Gardens I found the glass house closed for a change of display in preparation for the upcoming Begonia Festival. Some other things I tried didn't work very well. So, back home and back into old territory. I even tried this with other colours behind, but they didn't work as well.I tried holding my orange plastic mat behind the vine as it stood, but shadows and lights were a problem. I broke off a sprig of it and lay it on the mat on the ground in the shade where the light was pretty uniform.
