This photo, by Lutchenko inspired me.

My first idea was someone getting the coffee through the PC desktop, I tried, but didn't work
After reading many tutorials about transparent desktop and a few attempts, I decided for this photo.

this is how I did it:

OMG!! my first ribbon!! Never expect this! I'm walking in the air!!!
Thank you so much for the votes and nice comments!

Congrats on your well-deserved ribbon! Nice idea, well executed. That's a heckofa lot of untoasted pop tarts for one coffee break, though. ;)

It used to be said you could tell a lot about a person by the books on their bookshelves. Then, with technology, that evolved to learning about them through their collection of DVDs.

Nowadays you learn a lot about a person by the type of computer they have and the applications they run on it. You sure you want the world to know so much about you from this image? lol!!!

This was nicely produced Lele! Congrats on the new ribbon too!
I would guess that getting the light levels exactly right was one of the more difficult parts of this photo.

Now this is why I have joined this site, to learn! :) I can't see how this shot has been done without using layers or some such technique in post to integrate the coffee set behind the laptop. I'm baffled. :)

Fun idea. I think the gray runner on the table is a little distracting. Like to see the computer picture centered on the coffee set up.
