This is an excellent black and white photo. I just think it is not really indicative of Weston's work. I think there is too much gaussian blur applied. Weston's subjects and even his backgrounds were really sharp and in focus showing off the details and textures in my opinion. This is a great image that I would otherwise vote higher on in a different challenge.

I think it looks very strange how the subject has so much grain and the background is mostly smooth.

I don't understand what I'm looking at, but the tonal profile and suggestive pose implied seem very Westony to me. I think Weston would have shot it in perfect focus, though.
