 I noticed this particular scene the morning of this challenge being announced. I knew I had to come back with better light, so when I saw the sun rising the next morning, I left the house early to brave the cold weather and grab the shot.

While shooting, I knew I wanted to go HDR, so I grabbed -1, 0, and +1. The resulting image is something I really enjoy, but I really have no idea if it's "Fine Art."

* Chromatic Aberration
* Combine in Nik HDR Efex Pro
* Clone out a power pole and lines in the background
* Topaz DeNoise
* Topaz Adjust
* White Balance
* Increase Black Point
* Increase Definition
* Increase Saturation with lower Vibrancy
* S-Curve
* Reduce red saturation a bit and change hue towards yellow a bit
* Clone out some trash
* Export as TIFF
* Resize
* Sharpen Edges
* Save as JPEG

If I will choose what's the photo that I want to put on a frame and hang on my wall, this will be the one. Nice patterns and balanced elements.
