I had understood I was looking for an exposure of 70s. This one appears to be just 69s. Very misleading; I'm sure I'd have found it had it not been for that disgraceful deception.

It wasn't one of the 180 that were categorically not 'bspurgeons'. It was hiding in clear view in my 'not without consequence' pile.

Not your usual stuff for sure, Ben... seems a bit uninteresting *cringe* or... perhaps no place to rest the eye... *cringe again*

Perhaps that helps with the lower score definition. I didn't vote in the challenge.

My favorite out of the whole challenge. I'm surprised this was not more widely appreciated, but then I also know that broad appeal is a strange and fickle animal.

The base of the trunk looks like the perfect seat. Sit, lean back and close my eyes. Feel the warm sun and listen to the breeze. Birds add some high notes to natures symphony. I fall asleep and dream. The tree is talking to me about the pure ecstasy of it's life, standing on this patch of ground gently touching it's friends. And the tree tells me how grateful it is that I would take the time to sit here and listen to it's story.
After a time I awaken to a new understanding of just how beautiful this tree is.
