gosling whose parents sadly did not seem very interested in protecting him. he did eventually rejoin his family. this was taken in b/w (I had it set that way for the bresson challenge), so I added in some yellow and made the grass green yellow. then I warmed it with photo filter. and I used curves to ease off the bright highlights.

Which is why I ALWAYS shoot RAW AND jpg for minimum challenges. Not for the challenge itself, but for anything that comes afterward - in case I forget to change the settings :-)

Interesting solution, though.

An interesting process you went through...what a funky color.

I started at a 4, then I noticed the shadow, the textures, the title, the square crop, that cute little face.... and now all of a sudden the colors are looking good!! amazing 8

Adorable, but I'm not liking the pp'ing - clearly done to make it color-on-color.

the shot itself is quite good but the bleachy grass really throws you.

What a cute lil' thing!
The picture looks washed out though. There's no contrast whatsoever, and it just doesn't work for me.

Yellow duck on green grass....but the duck does have a greenish tint.

It's a cute subject. I am not really a fan of the processing though... I know in my mind that the photo is yellow on green and the color overlay does not really change that.
