I have always wanted to see this bridge in person.  It is a truly spectacular bridge and when you walk on it, the thing sways pretty good, but it is a lot of fun.  One shot I decided to take was to go all the way around the bridge in order to get a more interesting point of view.  I had my 70-200mm with me so there was no problem.  This couple decided to hang out on the bridge for like 20 minutes and since it was getting late most people had already left so they had the whole bridge to themselves for awhile.  I had the same shot but without the people in it too but I figured if I go with the one with people in it, it will give the viewers a better sense of scale.  Glad it worked out.  Thank you for your votes and comments.

The way the image is framed makes the trees seem to be going on and on forever. The folks on the bridge are needed too, otherwise it would be a little less interesting. Congrats on yet another ribbon!

I'm not sure about the blur effect issue, My last blue was DQL due to small motion blur..yet maybe this kind of filter is ok..

It's not a blur, it's a glow really. The effet is called "Glamour Glow" in NIK. Adding Motion blur is definitely not ok, however Glamour Glow is something completely different and is totally ok.

Sure, would be happy to. The glowy/blurry effect is created by NIK's Glamour Glow. If you have NIK's plugin installed in your photoshop, all you have to do is to launch it and click on Glamour Glow and it will give you a very interesting effect like this. It's almost like an instant dodge and burn but with a bit of a glow.

Ohmy! That is such an amazing photo. That is the kind of photo I always try to get when I'm in awe of the massive scale of a scene I'm looking at. Fabulous work!!! (of course) :)

The rich greens and the contrasting bridge are wonderful colors. I think I'd like it better cropped a little differently, either to show the height of the bridge off the ground or put the bridge low to show the height of the trees towering above it.
