Magnificent image. I do not know where you find these people. Your pictures always tell intriguing stories. Keep them coming.

Ha! I suspected this was you. Such a torture of an image for me...candid, not candid, didn't really matter, gave it an 8.

Enjoyable, but too setupish to render me mesmerized; yet the elderly man glows with the wisdom of an old soul, while the younger man struggles to cope with his daily angst, just a tiny break to read his paper, but not really...

I really like the simplicity of this image. It looks a little set-up but I can't tell. I think it would be better if the man on the bach were looking down a little, as is it looks like he is posed and looking at nothing. Still a very nice image (voted earlier).

The fellow in the window looks sadly wistful. So many stories could be told here.

I'm going through the entries, stopping at those images I feel have had the benefit of an unconventional eye and dwelling a little longer to try to see and appreciate what you saw. This is one of those images.

Positives: Fabulous composition with a title that resonates perfectly. The tones are lovely as is the great sense of texture throughout the image. The man inside communicates the sense of a ghost unable (or unwilling) to let go...

Critical stuff: Nothing really

Overall: Looks like a jagar to me. That, of course, is a very good thing!

Father and son, separated by more than years. There's a sadness to this.

I look at this and think it's the older genteman thinking about being younger. Great capture of life. - 9
