Existential despair...or not ;-)

I love crappy images! Partially because I take a whole lot of them, so it's best to embrace them. Mostly because I so enjoy trying to turn a totally crappy, embarrassing, useless image into something interesting. Key word here, 'try' ;-)

Processing in CS5:
- Crop
- SEP2 Film Noir 2 filter w/ adjustments
- One of the scratch out brushes from Obsidian Dawn, normal blending mode
- Texture below in multiply mode, 47% opacity

- Resize for web

Lol, I love crappy images too! It's so rewarding to rescue them and come up with something far more interesting than a technically perfect shot. I love this.
