 I changed my mind about four or five times about whether to enter this shot or not. And edited it about as many times.
I'm curious about how this will be taken. I quite like it, but could definitely see folk not liking it.
This is another late night edit (it's 4:32am here now, blame insomnia!) so I'll probably look at it tomorrow and think it's way too over-done, just like my last free study entry.

I hope it'll teach me not to last-minute edit though. Maybe I should have tried this out on my WPL team before the league.

I'm surprised this did so well. Very late edit. I really hate the effect it had on the sky. I was going to self-DQ this image because I hated it so much after I got some sleep after processing it. 6.1x is the illusive score I've not had before. Lots of 6.0x and a couple of 6.2x.
Even though I dislike the image, I'm happy with the result.
It dropped a bit towards the end.

Any Topaz on this? I'm not a big fan of the sky here but I really do love the building. It looks like that sign is ready to pop out of my screen.

I am not a big fan of heavy tone mapping. I realize that it does generally bring some wonderful enhancement to pictures but a light touch is always my preference. I prefer that things look enhanced but still realistic.
