This seemed to fit Shez's style. Bright colors and making other objects look like something else.

Title fits the image perfectly. Just one small detail - to me that is: I wished that all the pencils were turned in the same way: not showing the label on it. This would made it complete.

My eyes are instantly drawn to the text on the pencils in this photo. I think if each pencil were rotated so that we couldn't see the text that this could be been more powerful.

CLEVER CLEVER CLEVER.....
The focus is good the colors excellent. The sharpener does look so well as a zipp - very clever indeed.....

Suggestion - If all the pencils were arranged so one did not see the brands it would have made this image pop. The upsidedown text on the pencils distracts from the image... Something to think about if doing anything like this again, but that just my opinion, and I still like this idea as it is well excuted, and made me very happy, when I first saw it, and still does.....

PLEASING

THANK YOU for entering this very COLORFUL image

That's really clever. At first I wondered why the sharpened was there, but is only took a moment to recognize the zipper. Carefully constructed and colorful -- two important elements of Sherpet's style.

Cool, someone who took the pencil idea. My friend had the idea to do something with pencils aswell, but didn't manage to get the right shot, so she didn't enter. I think you did a good job, but could've done better on some points.

Nice idea. Very sharp and saturated. It would be more effective having all the writings hidden down.

Nice idea

I've done a similar shot like this and so have many others. Not knocking you for that though!

Would have been better if you turned the pencils so we couldn't see the writing on any of them. Right now it looks like a rushed job.

A square crop would also be more like a Sherpet shot.

I like the idea, although I didn't immediately notice it - a narrow portrait crop would make it possibly a ribbon winner for me (and the pencil sharperner/zipper pull also in focus).

Nice colours. Maybe it would be better if all the pencils didn't have the writing showing.
