 This plant was on display in the hot house at the Ballarat Botanical Gardens.
I wanted this to be square because a lot of sherpet's images are. I got close but not absolutely. As it is I've cropped in a bit too tightly to leaf tips at top and bottom. I tried another version with more room, but it was too far off square and didn't look quite right proportion wise. I chose to do this in negative because as shez has several negative images in her port folio I thought that this was therefore a legitimate way to achieve the colourfulness that I associate with her.

Crop and rotate slightly
Duplicate layer
Topaz Detail
Select background layer
Topaz denoise strong
Select layer one
Magic wand select background
Cut pixels
Flatten
Clone out small imperfection in background
Save as TIFF

Open in Picasa
Export to Picnik
Auto fix
Invert
Boost
Vignette

Open in PSCS3 again
Border
Clone tool, remove a couple of little white spots in top left leaf

NOW THIS is just BRILLIANT.....LOVE THE RICH ORANGE colored background and the CLever idea of an invert image in the middle Very pleasing to the eye in a bright colorful stong image that I hang on my wall...Love the way you have done the border in my favorite square crop style...
