Taken in my backyard. These small butterflies don't stay still very long. Probably 300 shots to get one that would work. Not expecting much on this one, but with all the work I wanted to put one in the challenge.

Normally, I'm not a fan of insect pictures. This however is quite different. The image and title work well together. The butterfly appears to be cartoon like as it delicately flutters around the flower. Terrific!

It is difficult to capture them as they are in mid flight, especially incoming to the flowers. Love the protruding proboscis.
