 At a high school baseball game, shot through an opening in the backstop fencing.

-Handheld, manual mode
-FL 96mm (35mm EQ)
-RGB Curves through gradient masks to sky and foreground to improve contrast
-Dodging and burning on ball to make it stand out more
-Rotate/crop
-Resize
-USM at 12%/48 dia/TH = 0
-USM at 66%/0.6 dia/TH = 5 (applied three times)
-SaveAs JPEG at quality 8/10 = 294KB

I think you should have cropped closer to keep a more solid focal point on the action.
