 Nice time to experiment with pumpkin, but I'm not an expert in pumpkin carving :)

The brown thing is a pumpkin "cookie", made of pumpkin, potatoes, peanuts and scallions. Mixed with flour, egg and some salt and pepper. Fried for a few minutes.

End result: tasty, but not my favorite snack.
