 Taken in NY on the High Line promenade, with mariuca and pennystreet - two truly fabulous DPCers. We met up later with tvsometime and The Hand for dinner.

The real challenge for me was to create an HDR effect without an HDR program. My laptop is woefully behind in software updates... I had a different shot of this building entered (with a pedestrian in front of it), but my team thought this one was better.

Johanna, I didn't find a single 10 in this challenge, but this image became one of my three 9's (not that my vote matters much...lol). Lovely hues of blue!

top pick for me. upper corners give a great contrast, the blues and silvers you have achieved are unreal.

The top left corner makes me think that the building is sleeping. And that the people inside are in their beds bolted to the side wall to face the sky. Superman gliding above.
If not, I wish that the blue on the right would be toned down a notch.
The greenish lemony reflection of the moon light is perfect.

Very nice. It has that 3-D effect that we've come to expect from HDR. Many of them don't look like that. I like this very much 8

cool shot but not my taste really. Technics are good lighting very good and angle and compo too. I see very little HDR but it is crisp
