| Lovely lighting on the survivor. I can't see her strenght other than in the title but it sure is a lovely lady and picture. Ok the short hair is an indication of her fight against cancer but not yet defining to me. |

| The blown-out patches of skin from the sun catch my eye in this shot, as does the cropped off foot. The focus isn't very strong either. I'd have liked to see this shot in different light as I think it could have been a nice portrait, although the photo doesn't really portray what the title tells us, i.e looking at just the shot I'd have no idea what defining feature was being put across. |

| lights very harsh in places (yes its sunny but as photographers this is one of our many challenges for setting our cameras surely).. and i don't like the chopped off foot at the bottom edge.. |

| Great use of the natural light and very good pose work. I like the light noise and the lower contrast look. I think the field of focus is a hair off and is more on her legs than on her face, where it should be. Her joy does shine through and her strength is obvious due to the fight she has fought. |
