I wasn't sure if I would get a chance to shoot for this challenge with Christmas in the middle. But luckily, on my day off I was able to head to downtown Madison and try for some photos. On my way down there, I passed a walking bridge which I though might give a nice vantage point. I wasn't able to stop, but made a mental note that I should on the way back out. Luckily I did, as all of the shots I took while downtown didn't turn out to be as good of candidates for this challenge.
This is West Washington Street, just before it intersects with Regent (that's where the green street sign is). It's just a few blocks from the capitol building, and the traffic was pretty consistent, giving me a nice subject for the miniaturization process.
The day was very overcast, which meant relatively flat light. But with the help of Topaz Adjust 5, I was able to breathe some extra life into the scene and give it an evening feel.
