Interestingly, I absolutely love the outtake. It is bold and beautifully lit. Well, as is this one,
but the simplicity of the other is very powerful. |

| great minimalism (or is that a contradiction of terms?). I like that the contrast along with all shades of grey. Is the table tiny or is the apple huge? |

Yup, that's still :-) Serene, even.
An apple serves as well as any skull
to be the book in which to read a round,
and is as excellent, in that it is composed
of what, like skulls, comes rotting back to ground.

| Wow!! That light cuts like a knife. Yet you still managed to light the dark side of the apple only, revealing the texture of the skin. Awesome. |
