Saw this dog sitting in a car. Thought he might be ready to take it for a drive :)

For pamb: the editing is a mix of Color Efex and Topaz Clean. I used Color Efex to enhance the lighting and darken the area around the dog, also to create the colortone. Then after a resize, I used Topaz Clean to bring out some details because the dog was a little soft and that was bugging me. That's why he now looks like crumpled paper lol.

****EDit to Add that this WAS taken for what I thought would be my 2012 photo-a-day project. But that failed so I am moving it to this new "looking back" side challenge (12/1/12)****

I love that he looks like a crumpled paper bag, what a cool effect. My mind is already spinning on what else you could use this effect on.

Great use of light and shadow to focus our attention on this wonderful dog. I like the presentation very much. Looks like he could drive, if he could reach the pedals.

ahh a lovely sentinel keeping watch, i like the sharpened creases on his nose :), maybe just a quick burn on the airfreshener to darken it a bit

It actually took me a while to notice the texture. This is such a neat shot! The colors are lovely, and the framing is excellent. I'd be curious to see the original, before it was edited.

like this. the textures of the dog's fur makes it look almost like folded paper.

I really like this - how did you achieve this look? The really bright white thing hanging from the rear view mirror and the dark shadow on the top of the dog's head are a little distracting but obviously you couldn't do anything about that :) I really like the processing on this - did I mention that already? - and love the 'capture' too.
