I had a completely different book title and image picked out until about 10 hours left if the challenge. Then I just happened to edit this photo taken the morning before, and really liked how the blue overtones look. Hopefully the voters agree with me :)

This book, by Nathaniel Tripp, is a children's book that looks like it's no longer in production. But the reviews for it seem to be raving, so I'm thinking about picking up a used copy.

I am back and forth as to whether or not I like the road in this shot.it gives context but perhaps takes away from the aesthetics.

Lovely clarity, focus and composition. Maybe a touch blue but really just perfect for the title.

The composition is weak. The road leads your eye out of the photo and away from the farm house. The tree dominates via rule of thirds, and becomes the main subject. You might consider framing the farmhouse with the trees, if possible.

Well that's about as perfect a depiction as I could think of. I might've tweaked levels or curves a bit. But I like it. ;)
