Challenge: 50 Ways To Leave Your Lover (Advanced Editing VII)
Camera: Nikon D7000
Lens: Nikon AF-S NIKKOR 24-70mm f/2.8G ED
Date: Feb 9, 2012
Date Uploaded: Feb 9, 2012

I wish my camera had a longer timer, I had a sprained ankle when I shot this and it took about twenty attempts to get it right, really didn't expect it to do so well, such a low scoring challenge. thanks for the comments.

Well, a fairy tale crescent tree sure is a step up from the Man Cave! You know how to pout in the proper manly style! Congrats on your ribbon!

Lovely shot, John. Congratulations on the blue ribbon. Those branches remind me of fractal shapes/designs!

congrats on the ribbon, i didnt think this would win though, i gave it a 6 and knew it was your shot as its a trademark jagar shot with the sultry tones and a bit of mystery and you can recognise you in it lol, but it didnt scream leaving a lover at me, although i appreciated the reference to the songs lyric structure. get your self a remote realease they're only about £20 hehe save the ankle

Wow. Great result with the score! :-)
Nice image too. Is that one of your trees? Everyone seems to have trees they like.

Well done on landing another Blue John. You should have set up a video camera too - your painful antics would have become a YouTube sensation.

I'm glad such commitment was rewarded.

Definitely interesting. It kind of defines the man who has left his wife to sit on the toilet for an indefinite period of time, except Boris has merely gone to a tree as opposed to the porcelain throne. I dunno.

Well shot. 8!

Wow, this is really interesting. I love all those little branches. It almost looks like he is sitting in front of a huge moon because of the curves on the edges of the frame. Really nice job!

Sorry, I'm not really getting the story why he got to climb so high doing the reading. But this capture is so beautiful in square minus the bottom ground. 8
