Add a crop from the left at about his shoulder (just beyond the flare) and for me this goes from great to fantastic. It accentuates the strumming motion and makes the soundboard and speakers pop. I find the light distracting and the view of the stand and flash certainly isn't necessary and many probably found fault with that alone. Just a thought.

the title doesn't work for me.. and why would the musician be playing in the control room of the studio and not the sound booth.. doesn't make sense.
