The driving force behind the shoot that produced my Strange People image. Amanda is not only divinely beautiful, but one of the sweetest, most collaborative people I've worked with. Together we created this grungy/gothic type of melancholic vibe, which fit the clothes perfectly.

Wow. Awesome lighting (barring her left cheek area; good but perhaps subtle reflected light there would not go amiss), fabulous skin tone, helped by a redheads' generally fairer complexion, and more light emphasis on her upper half than on the hands, lower half; deliberate? Makes me focus on upper and away form hands. Mad period style costume. Which brings me to the floral motif bra. Sadly I think it's out of place with the Elizabethan/Victorian slant. However I can stare at this image and your classy models engagement for hours. 8.

Johanna if this is yours, understand I am in no way pulling your (or whomever) image to pieces. I am in awe of professional portraiture and am nowhere near pulling off this quality of work. This is merely my way of embedding knowledge in my thick portraiture skull and I hope it will guide me at my next attempt.

Looks like she is ready to play the part of a wicked witch in a Disney movie. Great job with the hair, makeup, clothing, and lighting.

The first thing I noticed was the "offness" of the bra/shirt cut out. Beyond that, I think it's a WONDERFUL shot. Great detail. Love the lighting and colors.
