Biography:

My name is Alina Naismith, and I am an aspiring photographer. I practice my photography as a passion, but I am going to make it more. I am mostly interested in portraits and nature photography, so I try to combine the two as much as possible. I try not to use any artificial lighting in my portraits, and my photography is minimally edited. However, some of my recent photographs are Digital Art, incorporating the art of editing into the photographs to give them a little extra "umpf". Outside of school, I enjoy photography, singing & playing the piano, volunteering at local animal shelters, and being with my friends and family. I am completely open to criticism, tips, and suggestions because I am determined to make my photography stand out and be unique.
