    Biography: As a retired, obsessive, compulsive Corporate Executive, I have shifted these traits to a life long interest and love I have had for Photography.

    Although I read a lot, "took a lot of pictures", and "dabbled," I never had the time to really become a Photographer. I have no excuse now, if in fact I have the talent to become one.

    My buiness career introduced me to business graphics and presentation software. I managed a couple of companies that did ISP, Web Design and commercial graphics work. I became a hands on guy, learning the sofware, and playing with it in my spare time, which was limited.

    Along came the Digital Camera, and a couple of years later my retirement. Love for Photography coupled with good software knowledge and expertise told me you better try to do it now, because "you ain't getting any younger."

    I joined this Group to participate and learn. I am seeking comments, both positive and negative, as long as they are objective.

    Having worked for IBM a good portion of my career, I am reminded of the words of Thomas Watson Sr. - "The person who does not take pride in their own performance, performs nothing in which to take pride."
