 Two old houses right on the La Jolla waterfront burned in 2020. These sad remains are just sitting there and waiting until the powers to be decide whether to rebuild them or build something new. It is an incredibly desirable and expensive location.

Great photo. The muted tones work well here. The contrast between the burnt timbers and the tree growing in the ruins shows a story of life and death. Either the clouds were weird that day or the are some processing artifacts in the sky.
