looks like your going for a Richard Avedon feel here, with the clean background and the almost stern expression, which I love! I would push in closer, cropping closer to the waist, which would emphasize the subjects expression. Also in this kind of image i find the color distracting, I would really "Avedon" it out and go black and white! Overall very good image!

Bear and chair stand out nicely and the floor/wall line is well positioned. Technicals are fine too, but I'm afraid you've lost me with the title ("what's the time Mr Wolf" is the only thing that comes to mind) and the challenge connection.
