To be honest, first thing I thought was: Ew. Then looking at it again I pondered what it has to do with inside looking out. One tip is to never go over the top in editing software with filters and such as they often become tacky. The eye at the bottom right of the image looked like it was squished in just so it would fit into the frame whereas the rest of the eyes were quite evenly spaced. I'm sorry, but this is a 1.

I personally like the photo but it is a little hard to tell that the stuff on the tracks and on the sides is litter. Or at least I think that is what it is. Might just be the computer that makes it not so clear. I do like it though.
