I have to say that I was somewhat conflicted about giving this my top score. This stunning image is in no way ordinary. For those of us who don't live near a beach (at least 1 1/2 hours away for me, further for many others, no doubt) an afternoon at the beach is not ordinary either.
However, if you do live near a beach, this might be an ordinary activity for you.

Anyway, dilemma aside, I've added this to my favourites because I love it.

Pretty image with that pop of red. I think for this challenge I would crop tighter on the left and include more black on the right so the rose was an even smaller part of the image.
