Way too busy for me...too much white in the center of the picture, I seem to get lost. Marinas are very hard to shoot, I try all the time here in San Diego and I meet with the same results. The pack a lot of really cool boats in a small area. Maybe try a different angle and I might have tried this from a little further back. Not try capture so many boats but more detail of just a few.

Colors look a little too saturated. Seems like the blues and yellows are screaming for more attention than the other colors.

I'd use some stronger rope if I were them...However since I'm not a boater I would no idea if this would be the right thing to do.
As for the image itself, there are some blownout highlights due to the time of day. If you can avoid taking pictures during the midday you can avoid those harsh shadows and blownout highlights.
