Interesting human element. It looks like the sharpest focus is on her hair rather than eyes. Maybe a smaller aperture would have put more in focus. The shadows look a bit harsh - was it shot with on on-camera flash? A larger lightsource from the left may have made the lighting more pleasing.

Nice fence, and it matches the challenge, but something is definitely missing in this shot. What is on the other side of this fabulous fence that is worth taking a picture of? Please don't think I'm trying to be harsh, but if you could find a bit of fence with something to look at on the other side, it would be much more worthwhile photographically.

the light is too dull and the skinny tree too much in the center without being very interesting - an unbroken green background would have added more interest to the fence

An ok job of framing but I think it would have been better if you would of focused closer to the iron fence and had a subject that stood out in the background.
