4 - Like the composition and crop. Not sure whether it is resizing issues or blur, but this sharper and more even lighting on the face, make it better in my opinion.

whoa... i was so busy looking at the lizard, i didn't see the ants for at least 5 seconds. now i'm wondering how i could have missed them. that was freaky! i think i'm needing a little more detail and clarity on the ants. but that could just be because this site has spoiled me with all the macros. i think i'll give this a 7. it really tells a good death story.
