A great idea - definitely leads to a vanishing point. There's a lot of wasted space in the sky - but cropping it to a square image actually makes it stronger. Crop just higher than the tallest building. That way the vanishing point is at a crashpoint. Exposure is right on - and the star flares from the lights are great.

Very nice picture, I was actually thinking of doing the same picture. However, I think you could have gotten a better picture if you would have panned the camara down as there is little interest in having so much empty sky.
