Looks like a selective desaturation to me, but I'm not an expert in all possibilities that camera have those days. The effect is very good, although I'm tired of communication towers in this challenge. I'll give it 7 for now. My come back later to check if it was validated.

Itâ��s the background that does it for me, - itâ��s great. Did you explore submitting this off centre, I wondered whether that would provide an extra umph.
