hmm it looks kind of funny, looks more like you tilted the camera and shot it, Including the horizon would have helped add perspective, I'll give you the benefit of doubt though :)

On my monitor, I don't really get any yellow in this, but I think we have to give the benefit of the doubt on this. The important thing for me is that there isn't any real focal point to draw the eye or a composition within the frame. The tonal range and lighting appear somewhat flat, leaving it looking like more of a snapshot. I hope that this is useful or helpful information.
