The glacierby saiphfireComment by LalliSig: I have a hard time saying anything about this shot as I find it neither good or bad. Usually I like grain in black and white photos but here I think I would have liked it better if it were crispy clean and sharp. Also I don´t really find anything interesting in the frame to stop and gawk at. 5 from me. |

Firey Sunsetby saiphfireComment by e301: The silhouette skyline in sunset images becomes the second most important thing after, of course, the sky itself. Here I feel it lets your image down a little - its kind of confused and not particularly interesting. |

The glacierby saiphfireComment by Kavey: Nice scene and I like the fogginess of the sky and the grain too. I think the shot overall is too dark in that most of the snow is a mid-tone grey. I imagine that's because lightening the whole image would cause blowout in the sunlit area of the sky but I think some selective adjustments to bring more white in would help. |
