Just to give you an idea of what I meant by the underexposure. I gave your image a 4. With some adjustments it was easily a 6 or 7.

Pearl among soft petalsby IndigoButterflyComment by glad2badad: I really think this was a great idea, just not 100% executed. It feels substantially underexposed IMO. Again, that's my opinion. Some may like this darker look for a more mysterious, subtle approach perhaps. Good luck in the challenge. |

Great Blue Heronby IndigoButterflyComment by vawendy: It's a beautiful shot, but it looks soft to me. Have you tried topaz sharpen? I also would have liked him a bit more off center to the right. He can use more negative space in front of him and a little less space behind, IMO. |
