A beautiful photo. I can't see the complementary colours though. I may be wrong however as there has been a lot of talk about differing colour wheels and complementary shades. I'm going to break my voting pattern as I feel that someone who would take such a great shot probably has more idea about complementary colours than me. I'll assume you know what you're talking about and give you an 8. Good luck with the challenge.

The red of the sun is brilliant, but the rest of the image appears brown rather than a green that would demonstrate a complementary contrast in this picture.

Great image but where are the complimentary colors? By itself, this would make a great poster... a motivational poster at that :) The color of the sun is just perfect.

Its a nice attempt and its also a good layed out shot, unfortunately brown skies don't do anything for my idea of what a complimentary color should be. Good try though
