Well, I reason my low scores, so be it. You should have posted it in a bigger size. Of course doing so reveals more softness coming from improper focus, but size matters more than focus around here. Lighting is wrong, neither side has details, one because of too much while other because of too weak light. Composition-wise: expression is not natural, mouth is cut by the edge, there are strong reflections (of a monitor?) on the glasses, the shirt on the right side is unnecessary, green background is strange.

that's a good expression... nice colors, maybe a larger picture would help this photo out, 640 pixels at least one side, nice work
