	Colored Pencils by learner Comment by rick13601: I believe the intention of the challenge was to take a b&w photo in color mode. This is why desaturation was discouraged. To make it more challenging. I don't think the challenge was to shoot a color photo with b&W in it. It may be a suttle difference in interpretation.

	Yummy Still by learner Comment by fencekicker: Different. The tomatoes add a nice touch of color. I didn't notice the rice at first; a contrasting background would help bring out the rice. I'm not sure I like the DOF you chose.
